Originally intended as FRONTLINE guitarist Robby Boebel first solo album, the collaboration with Robby soon turned to something much more intense, so we both decided to form a full band out of it. Including bass player Thomas "Hutch" Bauer (also of FRONTLINE fame) and SHAKRA powerhouse drummer Roger Tanner, we wrote and recorded a straight Hard 'n' Heavy album, which gave me a chance to once again produce songs more based on my personal roots of US-influenced Hard Rock. Still amazing, how quickly the whole writing and production process went…

The album cover (including that razorblade-sharp butt…) once again was designed by the amazing Sebastian Kozak, who did the brillant DOMAIN "The Artefact" artwork, too.

As we, from the original idea of this project, didn't intend to play live, we finally set the pace to tour Europe as support of the legendary SAXON! Nothin' but a motherfuckin' blast indeed! We even found a final steady line up, including FRONTLINE-drummer Rami Ali (Roger Tanner decided to leave and concentrate on SHAKRA), as well as Wolfgang "Schimmi" Schimmer as second guitarist.

…and then there was The Gods! EVIDENCE ONE was the first ever German band to perform at The Gods Of AOR festival in England. A dream came true. Speaking of dreams coming true, we even made it to the legendary Wacken Festival!!!

The album has been re-released in AFM Records in 2007 featuring "Frozen In Time" (live), recorded at the 2004 Earthshaker Festival
